Beautiful pictures! Makes me head out to Goa right away. By the way, where is this church (Files names : SUH_0871.jpg, SUH_0880.jpg, SUH_0903.jpg) and how to reach? It's an ideal spot to shoot my next music video

Thanks. Music video, great!!

The place is Lady of mount church, it is located near to Basilica of Bom Jesus. Once you cross the basilica while coming from Panjim you need to take left to reach the church at next circle. It is possible to drive till the church.

We had visited the church this time too -

Anjuna flea market

Located near to German bakery and Anjuna beach is Anjuna flea market.

The market is open only on Wednesday's. Market is situated around road to Anjuna beach.

There is sufficient parking space

However, some morons decide to park next to road causing inconvenience for all

The market is open till night, however from those who has visited earlier I received suggestion to visit early. As per them it tends to get crowded in evenings.

Fontainhas

Panaji conservation area, located in heart of Panaji city is an area which has colonial style buildings.

We park the vehicle and decide to take a walk through the narrow bye-lanes.

Arpora Saturday night market - Mackies Saturday market-

The market just opened the week we were in Goa, the stalls were selling the same items which was saw in Anjuna flea market couple of days back. However compared to Anjuna market the advantage of night market is the space. There is sufficient free parking, and the stalls are placed in a single line making it easy to move around.

Location details.

They have live music -

Food counters -

Shops

and more shops

Last year we had visited Britto's and Calamari and loved both the places. This time too we visited the same and also tried some places new. Listing out those -

Alex's Shack -
Located at north end of Candolim beach, this place is highly rated on Tripadvisor. To reach there you need to take road opposite to Canara bank ATM on Calangute - Candolim road.

If walking on the beach, you can see a tall low- mast lamp from next to the beach. The shack is on left side of the same.
The location of shack is around here.

Claudina's shack -

Again another highly rated place on Tripadvisor, located next to Alex's shack. They have a website which lists the directions to reach the place, which was helpful for us.
Though their service was good and rates reasonable, we were not that impressed with their food.

Deva's resturant -

Around Candolim for good Indian food this was our favorite place. We had first visited them last year, then and this year after trying out few other options we would still recommend this place to others.

Good service, good food and cheap food.

Titos Club

Located at Baga beach, this is a very famous night club.

They have three different clubs in the same complex. Cafe Mambos, Retro Club & Bollywood club. Out of this we visited Cafe Mambos couple of times. Entry starts at 08.00 PM and till 10.00 PM there are no covering chargers, past that based on the day of week covering charges differ. Iam not the partying type, however I felt music bit slow.

You need to get a pre-paid card for all your payments inside the club, load the money in multiples of 100's and you can use the same for all purchases.

The road towards Titos is narrow and in night it becomes an issue to find parking and also to take the vehicle out. We had a bad experience the first time with my vehicle scrapping the dug up road and then getting stuck in traffic block in middle of night. Later we found a paid parking just outside the by-lane here. If you are planning to drive down to Titos or Baga beach, this is the best place to park.

Also, there are few newly opened clubs around Candolim. The famous one among them is LPK, located on Candolim - Panjim road. We decided against going there since it was said to get too crowded on weekends.

So, what else we did -

As said earlier, our major plan was to do nothing. So most the time was spend doing nothing on the beach, enjoying the view -

Beach beds are available for Rs. 50 to Rs. 100 per hour.

We found that Candolim lifeguards use red Thar

While Calangute lifeguards use white Thar
