The route took me thru a desert, rock formations of different colors, a stream, a lake, historic relics, snow and spectacular scenery all around. The uninhabited vast lands and knowing that I am alone without even a mobile phone only added to the excitement. I don't remember how many times I had to pull-off to take pictures or to take in the visual treat offered. What a day it was! |
