A very well managed show gentlemen & that was indeed a huge turn out.

Takes a lot to make such meets successful with a lot of logistics and preparations so ensure everyone feels at home, well almost.

On Location - It is simply fantastic and the photos tell a lot about it.

The beauty of such drives - There will be cars & Bikes of all flavors so that each one gets a chance to say - "My car went on this terrain" and the presence of others to help you boosts the confidence level of someone who is driving on such roads for the first time. Kudos.

Nice to read detailed travelstory from travel enthusiastics from Eastern India.
Few years back, couple of times, Bhpians from Mumbai and Pune went to kaas area in Satara district in Maharashtra in convoy style and I was part of that group. It was fun to drive with likeminded bhpians. So, I can imagine how much fun you guys had on that drive. Kudos to all of you and waiting for more from you.

It was a great trip. Enjoyed a lot with like-minded people. The idea to go to Dalma top on the first day was good since we did not get any tourist traffic & the weather was nice as well.

Seems like a brilliant way of spending the weekend! Loved the pictures and would definitely take part in a trip when I am back home. As I grew up in Telco Colony, Jamshedpur and miss how green and close to nature this place is. We used to go trekking on Dalma Hills, chill out at the highway motels - Silver Sand, Hill View resort, Citi Inn to name a few.Great capture guys!!

Lovely pictures Uprasenjit, BlackPearl & PapaBravo which is self explanatory to the fun that everyone must have had. I feel sad to have missed out on this one due to my gambit of affairs. There is always a next time.

Really impressed to see the fleet of 40 Vehicles who were a part of this Monsoon or rather Rain Drive 2016 of the newly formed R.O.A.D. Group. As mentioned in the TL - managing a convoy of 40 Cars and 90 Attendees is not a matter of joke. Kudos to the Members of the R.O.A.D. group who took the initiative to have organized such a fabulous getaway by slogging it out behind the scenes without which this could not have been possible.

It seems to be a good getaway towards the latter part of the year during the winters when the city and the more touristy places are buzzing with people and parties all around. Coming Up Soon (Hope So) - A solo winter drive to Dalma !!

Seemed like like you guys had a lot of fun. Everything looked well planned and though of. IMO, the highlight of the trip was the drive through the forest. Weather was cherry on top. Especially, liked XUV's AWD video. Hoping to get such trip for Delhi regions as well.


One question, did SUV's like (Ecosport, bolero, etc) had any issues in the wet terrain and uphill climb?
P.S: The topic says 2 bikes but I could only see one bike. I would be great if you can upload few pics of the bikers as well. Peace!
