Great set of pictures. The composition is very good in all of them. The drama regarding the elephant picture is also great.

Only once I had been to Nagarhole & my experience while photographing elephant was really scary. We were traveling in a qualis & by the side of the road we saw an elephant, I asked the driver to slow down, so that I could take a picture, the moment, we started slowing down, the elephant charged towards us & we sped off. Later I realized that there was a cub with the elephant & that was the reason for charging.

Awesome pics. Worth having them as wallpaper. The tusker pic is my favourite.

Nopes, it wasn't raining last few days when I was there. But due to the rain I guess the place green and it's bit difficult to to site wild animals, although you can see lotsa deers.

Thanks everyone for your comments!
Well, I dont have many more photos to share. Here goes the last few.

neoranjit: Actually going there in the rain has its own charm, just that if you are really eager to see lots of animals you may be disappointed. But the drive is totally worth it. Quite rejuvinating.

The photos are good...I remember my drive thru Bandipur...especially with a single elephant tusker on road. I waited for 2 hrs for the tusker to give way.
