A drive through Horseley Hills, Kone Falls and Red Hills.

Driving to Horseley Hills- Part I

The following is a roadtrip bordering the states of Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. The first set of photos highlight the drive from Chennai to Horseley Hills, departing on NH-4 and onward from the Wallaja diversion to our first destination. I think i will let the photos do the talking and leave the rest to your imagination. The countryside is indeed breathtaking!. Join me for the ride, will you?.

No one said anything about horses, falls and red hills.
This is what you guys did?
You were supposed to find some treasure in sand with a map.

Nitrous!. What were you "smoking" when you typed this?. This roadtrip has nothing to do with TPC2008!.

Continuing with photos of the climb , on the hilltop and of Horseley Hills range, atleast the hills and the view of the valley from above. It is a pleasant enough hill and the weather is cool but that is all there is to it. A great getaway for couples or for a group of friends who want to hang out and have a good time, is my recommendation.

I continue this roadtrip from Horseley Hills to Tirupati and Kone Falls tomorrow.

Part V of this trip begins with climbing the steps to Kone Falls. The water level wasn't widespread but it was intense. After a fresh shower there, we drove on AP state road 205 to the Red Hills area bordering the two states of AP and TN. This was a roadtrip in the true sense of the term as we wanted to check out the countryside in this part of the world. Snippets of rural life as we drove along can be seen in this set of photos.

Believe me! You never want to visit Horsley Hills. Bad place, bad service, bad food. . .

I think we beat the rains. The water was intense, though.
