Hyd-VJA-Vizag or Hyd-Suryapet-Khammam-Vizag?

I feel the VJA would be better because all you gotta do is some how reach VJA which typically takes 6hours , from there it should be a breeze till Vizag.

is Khammam a better option?? I'm planning to go to Vizag during May.

670 Kms in 16 Hours with decent breaks is good time. I generally able to do only about 550-575 in a day as you need to recover from the fatigue as well

I would say, try the Khammam route. The Vijayawada - Hyd road on the return journey, second half of the day, had a fair amount of traffic and I am told that is usually the case.

You will of course miss about 250 km of GQ road between Vijayawada and Rajahmundry but the SH between Khammam and Rajahmundry is pretty good too.
