Hi M@verick I am a vegetarian so just did not select the non veg dishes from the health menu.There is so much of sea food even during my dinner at the restaurant I was trying to find out from fellow local colleagues about the dishes, they used to taste and say probably this fish and so on.

My official visit was coming to an end and the time was so short but could reasonably see their type of living their economies transportation facilities.My flight out of Taiwan was in morning 7am so I had to leave early and my taxi cab was right on time 4am.I could see the sun rise 5am in the morning.Some pictures of sunrise and Taipei airport.

Nice photos. But you mentioned being a veggie , I am surprised to see all those pictures of food which very few are 100% vegetable pictures :) . Keep the photos coming. By the way , where is Taipei 101 ? Did you not go inside Bangkok or did you just transit via Suvarnabhumi ? I liked those photos too.

After about 2.30hrs of flight landed in Bangkok around 12.30pmand my travel agent was ready at the airport to pick me up.They had sent a benz taxi and I was really excited about traveling in the taxi.The driver was aged about 55yrs and he started talking to me in his broken English but was a nice man.My schedule of local site seeing was on the next day so I went for shopping in the local area called diamond shopping mall.

Hi ambivalent_98 I was literally starving as the local vegetarian dishes were cabbages carrots and noodles but my hotel where I stayed had complimentary breakfast so I used really fill myself in the morning with all varieties of bread and juices.During lunch I used to eat a lot of fruits pudding and ice creams.Their sea food was amazing with so many varieties.

I wanted to get back the same day I landed in as a schedule but it so happened that I did not have a connecting flight direct to Hyderabad instead I had to travel through Chennai.So I had to stay back in Bangkok for day and I had a relative of mine in Bangkok so that I could see them too.I was really impressed by the immigration facility at Bangkok.I went to the on arrival visa desk and just in 10mins visa was given to me and no airport tax too and no questions asked.To promote tourism they are a way ahead.
So the next day was for site seeing.Some pictures.
