But I kinda like such movies.Likes of "Where eagles dare" ,"The great escape" etc.Mainly because they were shot in Europe.

A clarification

First, thanks again for enjoying this thread - with over 75000 views, it is indeed one of the more popular threads in the travelogues.

Ever since I mentioned Facebook on this thread - I've been inundated with Team-BHPians trying to add me. Yes, I do have some BHPians on my Facebook page, but these are the members I know personally. Please do understand that it isn't possible for me to add everyone *embarrassed smiley*

When I mentioned facebook earlier, I meant to say that there is a YetiBlog group page started by a few TBHPians notably mmgjgmm. Here Sam Kapasi is the best Writer Yeti© Blogs are the best | Facebook

Please accept my apologies if I have led you to believe that I'm adding new people on my personal facebook account, I am not. I hope you understand. I do read your emails and PMs and facebook inbox messages, each and every one of them and will try to answer them all.

I am really sorry I sound so pompous and full of myself -- lol. I'm sorry guys (and girls) - and to the lady I met at Bangalore airport who is probably reading this thread - there's the hi I promised.

Hi!

It won't be long before we are in Venezia now.

As I mentioned, after a day or two here - we're thinking about loading our car onto a ferry from here and cross the Adriatic Sea!

Sam,which track is it in the latter part of the above video? The one you start after you say "I am in love with Italy".I just love the bass in it!

I'm not sure but I think I've mentioned it before.

It is one of my current favourite tracks called "Luftbahn" by Deichkind.

Filling in some blanks

Hello readers,

I had completely forgotten about my telephone. Today I found some videos and photos and will fill in some blanks with this.

Let me start with the opera

Yes it does.

She goes over to ask.

Justa begin. You go now.
The tickets are about 30 euros each. The opera house looks old and grand and I am sure that the opera would be grand too.

It is indeed.

Wonderful performances from the Barber of Seville and more, it is lusty and delicate and completely enjoyable.

I am still in a dream. I find it hard to believe that unplanned, my wife and I are watching an opera in Venice, Italy. How beautiful and blessed life can be.

Of course the picture does it no justice.

But wait, there is one way you can judge the grandeur of Slap Savice, take a look at the photo below.

An excellent travelogue Sam! Your pics, videos and narration are just simply great and time flies when I go through it. This thread really shows the beauty of the place.

I really have no envy of you, and I do wish that you go to many more places where I can only dream of going and share your experiences with us How about Egypt next time

PS: Its been a year since your marriage, hope you are having a great time.
