Excellent paint job. Has completely transformed the look. But if I were you I would have done the opposite of what you have done. I would have painted the flat portion of the spoke. That would have created an amazing illusion of ultra thin spokes from a distance. :)

My ride. Chevy Beat TCDi LS,

I switched to stock spec Neo Alloy wheels about 3.5 years ago on my Zen. That time, I did not change the tyres, they were stock JK Ultima XP. An year later, I changed to Michelin Tubeless tyres. However, the pic I am posting shows the JK tyre.

Hi Guys,

I bought the Zeki -E535 Alloys for my Ford Fiesta and Boy Oh Boy! has she become lively.

Firstly I own a 1.4L Fiesta Classic Diesel (Aug-2011 model). I am getting a mileage of 18-19 kms in the 12 k that I have driven so far and the suspension is by far the best that I've seen in its class.

On my birthday (12th June) I decided to fix alloy wheels to my car and visited Reliance Autozone near HSR Layout (Bangalore). I came across these Zeki - E535 and instantly knew it was for me. Here are the details:
1. 14" all aluminium rims
2. Free fitting and Nitrogen filling done at Autozone
3. 1 Yr Warranty
4. Rs.14,800 - 4 sets. (I had a 22% discount on the fourth rim only for that day. Lucky Birthday present :))

Now came the fun part. The next day at the crack of dawn on outer ring road, the moment I put my foot down, she took off like a cheetah! The steering was considerably lighter in my hands as well. The brakes could stop the car in a lesser distance that before. This was all as a result of the lesser weight of the alloys compared to the steel rims. This was all brilliant. I am relishing driving even more now(something I didn't think possible). Also the mileage indicator tells me that there is neither a decrease nor an increase in mileage which I will settle for any time.

On the negative side the vibrations in the car are more pronounced than before. Even though these are not to the levels of irritation or annoyance or even noticeable unless used to the previous smoothness, they are still there. Also the car is now very slightly pulling left which I'm convinced will be rectified when I give for WA, WB.

All in All a great buy and a lot of Fun so far. Will update after 5k on these rims.
Cheers.

Thats by far the most wierd and wacky alloy wheels I have seen. Wonder where such things are available. Just like its carved out of a steel dinner plate. A few days back, the same car had a Yin-Yang symbol in the center of the rim which was removed when I saw it next

Looks fantastic to me, they seem to be inspired by a boats propellor. :)

Nice set of wheels there, Akshay S.
They certainly look nice on your car colour and personality! You got it for a nice price also. :D That's a nice mileage figure you are extracting out of this fun to drive car.
Do post some more snaps of the car.

A spoiler would be a welcome addition to the ever-increasing beauty of the Fiesta. What about it?

BTW, I also owned a Fiesta Diesel, which was sold with a heavy heart to welcome the Rapid.

Eagerly waiting for an ownership report of your beauty.

OT: Happy birthday, a bit late though! :D

Alloys - 19K for 4
Tires - 6300 a piece

Thanks LOUD :). And spoiler is the next thing thing I want to put. As of now going through a few shops, but most of their catalogues are standard and I don't like what I'm seeing. The moment something suits my car, it'll be on her :)

Oh and by the way everytime I look at a Rapid, I think that "This will be my next car"! Guess we have same tastes!

Guys I changed the stock rims to Alloys over the weekend.

Tyres are Stock - Apollo 13"

Alloys are of Onyx brand

Hope you guys would love it.

Had these AMG alloys which I imported from Kuwait fitted on to my 2002 C-Class last January. :D
