Also, like my OEM alloys on my Brio especially after they were painted matt grey.

It has got to be the FONDMETAL EvoCorse/DakarCorse Wheels for me. Suits all kinds of SUVs ranging from the Land Criser 100 VX to even the pick ups like Toyota Hilux. Rugged and Elegant. :loveit
I wonder why nobody has mentioned these.
But I love the ones on Octavia 4th gen! 17"ers look superb on the car,
especially in this colour scheme!
I liked Jeep Compass trailhawk alloys they look different and resemble to rubicon alloys.

I love this alloy design. BMW calls it the 666M wheels.
Here goes my list:
I love these among the ones I owned:
I drool for these however:D:

Single lug nuts are a thing for me.
Have ordered these for my M340i, absolutely love the design and colour. Hope to get them installed on my car in a week or so.
Im crazy about rally wheels too. I want to get the Old rally integrale wheels for my red polo.
The wheels in the pic are made by fifteen52.

No offence and I know its personal taste, but that's one alloy I really hate. Infact alloys is the only thing that I hate in such a fine car.
I will start the cheapest and go up the list.
Starting with the 2015 i20's 16 inch diamond cut alloys that came on the top model. Probably the best looking alloy wheels you could get on a car that was below 10l onroad. Too bad hyundai replaced it with some horrendous looking design halfway through with the launch of the facelift.
The surprisingly good looking rims on the base model Jeep compass when it was first launched. I actually liked this design better than the top variants, especially since it had better ride quality due to being smaller. It also looked much more rugged and SUV like.
The stock wheels of the mahindra thar which look great and are still functional
The Thar looks good with aftermarket rims and tyres too as long as they aren't 'chaprified'
The BMW e30 wheels, which are pretty self explanatory
The previous gen toyota landcruiser, which got some very good looking wheels which were also functional. Just look at that sidewall size.
The ferrari F40 with its timeless rims.
And as bonus, the worst looking rims I have seen on any car, much less a 200k usd flagship model of a respected automaker. The mercedes maybach came with wheels that were ghetto-fied from the factory.

Gorgeous alloys. These are among the sought after and premium alloys even in developed markets. You are really brave to get 20 inchers in India where almost all have bent their 18 inchers in most cases. May its the roads saying Chandigarh kare aashiqui for you to get the courage.
One of my favourite Mercs along with some really great rims. Nothing too fancy, just clean, classy and very period correct. I like the simple spoked rims, so this fits my bill.
My favorite wheels would be the BBS SR seen on @NikhilB2008's Civic, which i would love to have on mine someday, and also the FD2 type R wheels. Attaching pics of both below-
