They suck in the wet? Everywhere I read, they talk abt these tyres being one of the best in wet conditions. I had a very small experience with wet conditions and these were superb. I dont want to say more until I get to properly test them on truly wet roads.

mclaren1885 also mentioned that these tyres are fantastic in the wet.

That is where you will know why supercars cost so much and still have waiting lists.

@Binz: Neovas suck in the wet? Probably, your tyres are so worn out that they're not able to expel water.

They suck when they hit standing water, that's a known fact. They're often not as great in the aquaplaning tests as competition. That's because of the large contact patches.

Ok. Then what about normal wet weather? In the sense really wet roads, but not much of standing water?

They're ok. PP2s are better, though.

Neovas aren't as deeply treaded as some other tyres, say S.drives. This obviously leads to worse wet-weather performance.

Hi guys,
After reading the report on the AD07s, I'm pretty tempted to buy them for my car as well. Only thing is, I will need to get 215-55-R16s, so I'm guessing that would cost alot more than the ones that are being talked about here.
I also found out that Goodyear F1 Eagles in that particular size are 5.2k; and Hankooks with the V-Tread pattern are for 5.3k each with a 1 year (or 3 year - I've forgotten) warranty. So I'm like really confused.
Advice please? Thanks!

Not worth it, Anant. Stick to S.drives. If the Hankooks look like this, then go for them, or stick to the S.drives.

PP2s aquaplane quite badly as well. Have faced it personally quite a few times. Used to it now .

Cool picture! Will do. But he said that they were V tread so dont know if they are like these or not. But wont S.Drives in the size that I need (215/55/16) be more than say Rs.5-5.5k per tyre?
Thanks alot though!

S drives in that size would be 7k plus.
