Oh God my bad. I went and posted without checking again. How could have i made such a mistake, especially with the Chevy Bow Tie staring at you

Yes it is a Camaro, the guy also had a TramsAm which he did not sell, in a darker shade of blue. The car is still with him, deteriorating though and not for sale as i was strictly told.

Thanks for sharing, it has proved to be quite a collection. I had not seen the Ford pick-ups before, great to see them retained, preserved and displayed. Any pictures of the 47ish Lincoln sedan? It is barely visible in one picture.

Thanks indeed for these great pictures.Couple of questions

What is that car on teh left of teh cream 35 Ford V8

The seven seater Merc any idea on whayt it is ie model.

Also any side pics of teh 34 Buick convertible.

Karl there is a frontal picture of teh Lincoln to be found in one of the posts at the bottom of this page. Rashid Bhai has an identical 47 sedan in a deep green colour. It has push buttons in place of exterior door handles. One needs to push the button and the spring loaded door opens on its own, nifty yeah apart for the sweet V12 powerplant.

It appears to be the Packard rumble seat roadster.

The 7 seater Merc is a 230 or a 260, I forget which. Certainly not a 320.
Not on display are 2 cars, the Studebaker convertible, I think it was a Commander, one of 3 known to me in India, and an Amphibian Jeep. I have seen both the cars in Gondal when the Museum was just opened to the public. If I remember there was also a Ford or Willys Jeep.

The green vehicle is probably a steam car, it is called New Engine, an American make. The top is detachable, when I saw it the top was not fitted.

If I remember correctly, but really not 100% sure, there were 2 Camaro's coupe and convertible. But, not 100% sure, I visited about 18 years ago!

There are more such Lincolns in India. Mumbai has a convertible one, Pranlal has a sedan and a sedan went from a famous garage in Juhu to Nagpur and on to Delhi.

Cheers harit

That Delage is just.....MWAH!!!

I wonder where the 300 SL's Grille and Bumper are!

Edit: Is the Yellow Chevy with a "CHEVY High Performance" Numberplate a Chevelle?

The picture may have been just before the Cartier show for which she may have been polished up
