Actually they came only 1954-56.

And they may not have holes in them per se, but they did have 'slits' like on most old car rims:





Incidentally, even if you get hold of later rims such as the '57-64 ones (last used onthe Superselect), you can make them look like the Mille rims by welding shut the "holes" in them. One team bhpian in Madras did just that for his Mille.

I require a VW Beetle Rim for my 1966 Bug. Its the one with 5 holes for wheel lugs.

If anyone has any leads please let me know. If there are any other NOS VW Beetle parts suitable for a 1966 1300 do let me know please.

My supplier from whom i buy parts for old cars has found a large stock of Dodge,Plymouth and Desoto parts. Incase anyone wants any help with any items i will be most happy to help that person by getting a quote from my supplier. I am afraid i will not be able to assist with his contact details as he is a good friend of mine and i do not want to reveal his source. He charges me a 10% commission which again will go to whomever wants the parts. The parts he sources are Genuine Mopar parts but they are on the expensive side if compared to ebay but then he gets me most of the items. Just incase anyone needs help with some part they are stuck with. I will be More than happy to help.

I am looking for a inlet and exhaust manifold preferably with carbs for a Mercedes 220s, 110 series, year 1964. Should be for a right hand drive because LHD exhaust interferes with the steering assembly.

Dear Friends,

I am looking to repair the temperature gauge for my 1954 model Plymouth Savoy. The gauges in these cars consisted of a mercury filled tube which activated the meter on the dashboard. The meter I had was working fine and suddenly stopped registering the temperature one day.

I will be most grateful if any one can suggest a vendor who is able to repair the meter in Mumbai. I have already tried Opera house (near Roxy cinema). They say that they have stopped doing this kind of work now.

I am also open to buy a new meter depending on the cost.
