Keep up with your negotiations but I would suggest waiting for the upcoming XL6 and the Ertiga as they're just around the corner since bookings have opened. They should get the newer and more tractable K15 engine with a 6 speed AT, better safety kit but GNCAP rating isn't happening anytime soon, IMO.
My point is to discount them after a TD as your usage doesn't demand an Innova, IMHO.

On the Hector vs Crysta again I feel the Hector would suit your needs better but the Crysta has more brand and resale value due to better quality and general fuss free nature of Toyota.
Tough choice and honestly I cannot offer a suggestion on this.
If I needed an Innova I won't look elsewhere but if I am choosing as per your needs I won't choose an Innova but neither the Hector.

PS : the new Ertiga is launched, do check and wait for the XL6 if feasible
