Rumour: Hyundai Venue now gets wireless Android Auto

Just like Kia Sonet, the Venue also comes with a 1.0L turbo-petrol engine mated to a 6-speed iMT.

Earlier this month, Hyundai introduced two new variants of the Venue and made a few changes to the feature list. It seems Hyundai may have made more than just a few minor revisions.

According to reports, cars manufactured after June 2021 are being offered with wireless Android Auto connectivity. It is also said that Hyundai has updated the Blue Link connected car tech offered in the Venue, while also revamping the tyre pressure management system (TPMS).

We checked the official brochure of the Venue and the claimed changes are not included in it.

The Venue comes with a choice of three engines - a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine with 118 BHP / 172 Nm which is paired with either a 6-speed manual, 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission or a 6-speed iMT, a 1.2-litre petrol engine producing 82 BHP / 114 Nm paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox and a 1.5-litre diesel unit that puts out 99 BHP / 240 Nm which is mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox.
