For me it's the 15 spokes gun metal finished alloys from the top-end Corolla.

It's an elegant design IMO and appreciates the car.

For me, it's the OEM alloys of the Skoda Octavia vRS. Simple yet elegant.

Not a big fan of the current Honda City, Swift, Duster, S-Cross etc. Basically I don't like the designs that look like they are in motion, when they are standing still.

These are the alloys on XUV New Gen. Had fallen in love with it when I bought it.

Of all the lots posted so far, Rapid ones are lovely IMHO.

Simple but elegant five spoke alloys of pre-facelift Chevrolet Optra 1.8 LT. Unlike most alloy designs, the spokes are quite wide.

Take my word smartcat, I was a huge fan of such thick spoke Alloys, right until Chevrolet launched the Optra TDCI Magnum with these rims:



I was so much in love with these dual spoke rims that I wanted to buy the car primarily for this rather than that potent 2.0 engine

To be honest, one of the main reasons I went with GT is coz of those Estrada Alloys, that were very similar to the ones that came with the Optra Magnum

Tata Zest's OEM alloys also deserves a mention here.

When launched alloys were default on all variants with lower variants getting these, which look good on the car


And top end variant getting these, which in my opinion looks average


Tata reacted well to market feedback and made the first one above as standard offering on all variants. It's a different story that they later offered lower variants in steel rims.

While its nice to see some tasteful OEM alloys in the market today, I couldn't help notice how most of the alloy+tyre combinations look way too undersized for the wheel arches. Or is it just an optical illusion?

Of the current lot, I like the Fiat Abarth, Eco Sport and i20 alloys. Maruti alloys don't look like alloys at all and IMHO Baleno and the S-Cross have the saddest looking alloys of all cars sold today. Talking about not in production cars, I really liked the old Figo alloys.

My choice is Punto Abarth > Linea T Jet > Etios Liva Sportivo = Skoda Rapid in the current crop.

Loved the Cedia OZ alloys and the turbine alloys came with Baleno Altura, from the old crop.

I am fan of Five Spoke Alloy Wheels as they simply add an imposing character to a car.

The propeller design of the new Linea is also very good. It looks simple at first sight but grows on you once you appreciate the subtle detailing.



But that being said, the Turbine alloys of the original T-Jet is a class apart. I would love to swap these for the turbine alloys
