James Bond swaps Aston Martin for a Mondeo

Bond maker's must have thought that for Craig's image, mondeo is more than enough.

I think telling "Craig only knows to drive automatic transmission" is a total bu** s***.

How long will it take for bond maker's to fix an auto into a manual car or how long will it take a guy who knows driving to learn manual if he is serious abt it???????

I remember reading in a mag that the Ford Iosis Concept will provide the base design for the next gen Mondeo. Maybe Ford is unveiling the new 2007 Mondeo in Bond Style or the Iosis might also make an appearance... This makes more sense according to me...

the car looks damn good to me...
housing a V6 with top speed of 140mph(225kph) ... im not sure if its a worthy successor to the Aston Martin in a bond movie

but none the less ... ME LIKEY !!!

What if this is just some kind of a publicity stunt, I mean like he does drive a Mondeo, but suddenly one scene he appears behind the wheel of an automatic V8 Vantage specially made for bond....I so hope that'll be true........

The 21st Bond movie Casino Royale will be premiered worldwide on 17th November 2006. The Bond Girl is Eva Green.
Aston Martin had confirmed before that James Bond will be using one of their cars, possibly a V8 Vantage.
