Never heard or seen projector in Santro HL. You need to check in few international forums for the same.

If you can source the actual projector lense of a BMW or skoda etc you can install it in the stock HL.

If you search on HID planet forums you can see someone who has done a similar conversion for the Swift stock headlamp. Main issue is sourcing the projector lenses here in India.

uhmmm but the problem is that the projector is single beam that means it will not work in high beam jus the normal single beam will work !!!

If im not mistaken the Swift chap is running the H4 bulb itself in one projector lense. So its a high+low combo.

This will involve some trial and error from your side. Like I said earlier head to the HID planet forums and they have info on where to get lenses etc. Will work out very $$ though.

Anyways we use low beam most of the time and use high beam only for short periods, Our focus should be on the low beam and not the high beam. Does anyone know what these projector lenses are made of? If they are just regular glass/plastic lenses Im sure they can be made in India.

Simple..Youll have to use two projector beams Just like in your swift, one for low and one for high. Getting the prjector glass is easy.. its making the base, the focus and the positioning and the finishing which is the hard part. If it was a DIY project a lot of people would be making them, alas it does require a bit of R&D to get it right.

they are made of glass itself but in concave shape which deflects the light in more than the reflector because reflector focuses just a single area not like the projector!!

This i think is not a good idea as firstly H4 is used with reflectors only (correct me if i am wrong) the use of a projector is to project light on the road using a lens and it also contains a cut out strip which cuts out the light to go up , thats why i have a projector and both different

How about using the part where the pilot light is for the HID low beam and the rest of the assembly for the regular High beam.
