Good Diesel Engine mechanics in Chennai

All,

Can anybody recommend a good diesel engine mechanic in Chennai to overhaul a Fiat 1.7 TD engine? I already went to one guy who replaced the head but botched up with the pistons and rings. I need to get it redone again, hoping that the head had not cracked again. My only other hope is to just give the half-engine to TVS and get it done.
