Hyderabad Guys: Which area in Hyderabad do you stay?

Inspired by a similar thread started by the bangalore folks ( they are indeed passionate and quite involved) thought of starting one for Hyderabad people.

I live in one of the most lively area of Hyderabad which houses almost all the major brands ( and almost all car dealerships have their showrooms in this area) that you can name and has some very popular restuarants as well.

It is Himayathnagar.

And, i have another house in an area that is extremely popular and is always teeming with activity. It is currently vacant and is used by family as a weekend get-away

It's in Abids

When I'm there I'm usually in Toli Chowki just off Mumbai Rd(My sis and lots of family live there). Used to stay in Abids but it's too noisy there. For now that property is mostly vacant. Otherwise my relatives are all over the city.

That's cool. We have another two guys from Himayathnagar. Kkrk2 ( opp. to KFC) and Rider60 ( St.No 1). And, i live opp to King & Cardinal Bakery

We should have a himayathnagar tbhp meet. What say?

Well, it's not me but my mom who uses it as a weekend getaway. I know how that place is since i grew up there most of my life!!! But, it used to be an address to reckon in the glory days.

Btw, where we have our independent house, its a small decent colony which is oblivious to the outside world. However, in the past 2-3 years it has also succumbed to commercially inclined aliens

OT:
Isn't discussing the area where we stay on an open, public, forum a bad idea?
Well, now many people (many that we don't even know or people that don't even post on the forum or people just lurking) would know where you stay in Hyderabad or Bangalore. Many of us Tbhpians have galleries filled with our vehicle(s) and it's modifications (if any) and often registration number visible which makes identification possible. Eventhough its a small piece of information it's still risky and valuable info for people looking for it.

Just my opinion.

Nobody in this thread has pinpointed exactly where they live. If someone can locate and find their home with this much information, they could find whoever they want anyways. Can't live in fear, just be careful and do what you can.
