Woman on Scooty cheats death! Accident caught on CCTV

Found this video being aired on a regional news channel. The woman in the footage is quite fortunate to get a new lease of life!

Completely her fault, she just cut across the truck driver from his left. She was below his line of sight so he probably didn;t even see her. I'm sure the poor truck driver got beaten up after that for no fault of his.

Oh Man ! that's a miraculous escape.

Agree with Akshay1234 - she just cuts across the truck from his left and am sure the truck driver would not have any visibility of the lady.

The truck driver should also thank his stars as he would have beaten to pulp if the lady was under the truck.

I agree. Just before the intersection she just cuts him across. Not sure if the truck driver noticed or did not notice her. Quite possible that even if he noticed, he might have assumed that he has run her over and hence he fled from the spot.

Her scooter actually saved her from being crushed. The scooter wheel/body was what the front wheel of the truck was pushing. In place of that if it was her, the wheel would gone over her.
Fuuny part being after all that tumbling and being dragged, she just gets up and starts running behind the truck probably thinking the truck will continue with her scooter.

Glad that she did not get hurt. She just cuts across from the left and appeared that she was not even wearing a helmet.
Don't know till how far will God be able to help such riders.

Stupid woman! I feel nothing but contempt for such idiot drivers.
It was amazing how she rolled over and fell out of the line of the wheels all intact!!

It was not her day, what else can we say. She should thank her stars, why just stars, her scooter, which took all the brunt & gave a second life to that lady. 99.99% of such cases is a sure shot death or permanent disability.

Completely her fault!!! No helmet, No lane discipline, Totally unacceptable. Wonder if she will understand the real cause of her accident is her foolishness or still preach others that she escaped unhurt because of god's grace & truckers negligence.

Brain dead is a polite way of describing that woman. She cuts in front of a moving vehicle and I am assuming slows down as she wants to turn right. Someone up there was obviously looking out for her as she got pushed out of the way of at least being badly maimed if she had been run over. No helmet either and that must be counted as lucky that she didn't hit her head on the road and injure herself.

Watching her run behind her scooter is the funniest thing

OMG. She is one lucky woman. I am increasing given to believe that drivers outside large metro cities are more prone to taking undue risks while on road. It may not necessarily arise out of some sort of risk affinity. Rather, they are unaware of the risks which await them them while on a busy road with large automobiles.
Here, it is completely her fault. Still, the truck driver might have been better off with a cleaner who would have been on a lookout for idiots cutting into his way.

That woman is a total wacko, but I see lots of such drivers on the road. More so in villages than cities.

BTW, I feel the truck driver may have been beaten up anyway for not having sixth sense.

Normally they have the knack of abandoning the truck and escape. They don't even risk to stop and check see if the victim has survived the accident.

If seen closely, the truck driver is also at fault. To proceed straight, he was in the right lane like many or almost all truck drivers these days.
She has had a miraculous escape, dame luck was definitely by her side.
