B'bay's Weekend Drive : A New Beginning - July 3rd

I dint want to flog an old thread - so here is the new one !

its midweek now and we have to plan for a drive on sunday - so come on guys - who's in and who's out ?? its the perfect time of the year ,

the rains have settled in nicely , the temperatures are down , its lush green all around us , the roads are nice and tempting .....so lets go !

manor should be perfect - 60 kms out of the city !

i think the rise of petrol and diesel prices has taken away everyone's spirits

. anyways guys wake up. hey nc i suggest we should have drives once a month.

If the roads in Mumbai are any indication, it's not going to be much fun playing join the dots on the highway. And by dots I mean potholes.

On the other hand N_C, come to Bangalore if nothing is happening there. We can go to Hosur together. It's a nice drive after that till Krishnagiri. Pretty good eating joints also.

Alright, chal NC, Blore jaate hain, buy Diamond Vision and we can review them on the way.

These were the options I had thought of the last time around to which I received overwhelming response:

1). NH 8 Ahmedabad Road, To Manor. Distance: About 60 kms from Dahisar Check Naka.

2). Bordi Beach, something like 140 kms from Dahisar. In Satya's words " Raapchik jagah" Or Bordi Beach is 24 kms from Dahanu.

3). Mumbai-Manor-Dahanu: Dahanu is 50 kms from Manor, so that should be about 115 kms.

Seriously NC, is baar koi nahin aaya apun dono jayenge.

manor-----the way is through ghodbunder rd.....just 60 kms off the dahisar check naka.the rds r pretty straight.......no cornering fun...but u might c high speeds on ur speedometers.
and if u guys r plannin it on a saturday im in......
