Mumbai-Pune megameet at Lonavala: 17th July 2010

Hi Guys,

Was really great meet, I started at 3.45 Pm from Dombivli with my Friend Tinesh,and reached McD at 4.45 and i think F1 Fan Just letf from there, we left McD at 5.30 PM with Dhruv after waiting for oher members who were stuck in traffic, reached the place around 7 PM,Pune guys always get advantage and this time it was almost close to Pune but really nice place, with nice theme. Had a nice chat with F1 fan on Formula1,had to leave early at 9.00PM due to some urgency, Thanks Sagar for arranging the food quickly just for me
Had small accident while going from panvel to Dombivli,some stupid truckwalla kept medium size stones in the middle of the road and my friend who was driving was unable to notice the same as it was very dark and the car just banged on those, and stones went underside and need to lift the car with help of jack to remove the stone, little damage done we were luckey that we did not hit the truck which was stationary,wll take my car to nearest Tata Fiat Dealer to check the Damage can see little damage to Radiator and supporting frame and some Damage to front Bumper, but it was really hard impact @around 60 Km/hr.And thanks to the solid built of Palio.Will upload the photos shortly.

That's real sad to hear Parimal. Do keep us informed about your car's health. Incidentally, I had a similar incident with a stone flying of the wheel hitting my underbody with a loud noise. Went home parked the car and checked under body for any leaks. Luckily didn't spot any.

It appears that meet was a great blast

can some one put the names to the faces ? so that we can know who is who.
of course we know the super stars Ashish and MX6, they are part of daily prime time soap operas, how about remaining lead/character/comedy/investigative actors/stars.

look at the small bike just broke the Brick wall.,and rider of the bike become ghost and came back to ride Royal Enfield..

I'm down with bad, bad throat which escalated to fever on Saturday morning. Some UNAVOIDABLE work made me go to office yday & then all things went baaaaaaaad. Now cant even talk...
Missing the pool table, players & those "SPRITE" bottles. How was the "APPLE" juice. I think some of that apple juice would have definately helped my throat..

Sorry guys. More than that pls be sorry for me, because its me who missed such a fantastic opportunity to meet this fun LOT.

Its good to know,no damage to your car,even no leaks in my car both the fans are working,Radiator got misalign,but need to check car througly,porpably tomorrow will check.

Indeed it was scary incident,we were luckey that car just stopped few feets befor the Truck,can even say thanks to those stones.
