Last week Renault announced its recall on the same brake cylinder issue for Pulse and Scala. Around 2400 cars of Pulse and 4016 cars of Scala is being recalled. Existing owners can check with the dealer as they have the VIN number whose vehicle has this issue. New buyers I think the possibility of its already fixed is more. Check With your dealer.
