It was really a wonderful day. My favorite part was the drive. I love high speeds and the drive made me feel as if I was in a video game.

Weird thing is, it took us as much time to reach Sri Rangapatnam from Kengeri (100kms) as much as it took for us to reach from R.T.Nagar to Nice Road (30kms), so dis-organized is our traffic in the city.

Like Akroy was mentioning the other day the Karnataka Tourism Dept indeed has done a wonderful job. Nice looking, properly places boards everywhere. One doesn't have to search for directions like we did when we went to Goa or Munnar.

That was super fun.

I had never been to a bird sanctuary before this. But the crocodile thing was quite scary. Really love some of the birds that we got to see there. Trying to imagine how beautiful it will be during peak season time.

McLaren(1885)(0111) - Super travelouge. Amazing pictures too. Man that croc looks killer. I am always amazed by crocs, they are by far the ugliest reptiles, but what amazes me is their sheer size & strength.
