Vijay Sir / Jaggu - Could you please confirm the basic itinerary? I mean is there an overnight stay involved or do we come back the next day? And what does this 4000/head include.

23rd Jan > Evening reporting > Dinner > Night Stay

24th Jan > Breakfast > Opening Ceremony > Flag off Day 1 > Lunch > Tea with Snacks > Dinner > Night Stay

25th Jan > Breakfast > Flag off Day 2 > Lunch > Tea with Snacks > Closing Ceremony > Head home...

EDIT:

Please ensure you service your vehicles well ahead and attend to anything that is needed. Ideally use the vehicle for a few days if it is not your primary vehicle just to be sure. Terrain is going to be challenging and slightly "off access" from civilization. Also carry as much as recovery gear and spare parts.

Safety equipment must have: Working seat belts with proper belt buckles. Optional: Roll cage.

Vehicle must have: 4x4 working with atleast AT tyres with decent thread depth, working spare wheel, jack and wheel spanner kit.
Also carry common spares like, belts, cables and hoses (esp for older vehicles), brake fluid, brake pipe, coolant, basic tool kit, puncture repair kit, tyre inflator, bolt and nuts, m-seal. Spare can of water for radiator and 10 liters of fuel.

Recovery gear must have: Tow rope x 1, D shackles x 2, Tow points front and back. Optional: Winch, high lift jacks, tree saver's & patience!

Based on many requests and also since we have few more slots available, registration has been extended till Friday 17th Jan.

Please note that we will NOT be in a position to extend further OR would be in a position to take spot entries for this event. Resources have to be mobilized and last minute changes cannot be made for this event unlike the previous year.

Request interested people to expedite the payments before the remaining slots are also filled up.
