More photos follows. Two jeeps alone took almost 6 hrs to do the recce for first and second day trails.

You will see MPS wading through the water to see depth at different places. This stretch is open for water crossing during the OTR on 18th and 19th sept. For who do not wish to wet their bottom, we have recced alternative route. Probably more trickier than water crossing itself.

This has always been a SWB terrain.

By the way I was going to Bangalore Airport yesterday and has fond memories of going to Avalkonda the last time.

Also was feeling very bad of myself that I will not be able to attend the event this time.

Anyway there is always a next time.

Hi folks,

Here is expectation by all participants for the OTR.

> Each person must carry 5 ltrs of drinking water for two day event.
> Toileteries and one set of cloth
> Warm blanket/ Shawl/ Jacket
> All participants are expected to wear full trousers and sneakers/ boots. No chappals and sandles please. You might get hurt in the terrain
> Snacks in sufficient quantity
> Persons who have communicated of availability of Tents must carry along.
> All persons to carry their sleeping bags or make own arrangements in their respective vehicles in absence of sleeping bags.
> Strictly no intoxicating beverages during the OTR hours.
> Carry mosquito repellent liquid/cream/gel
> Would suggest strongly carry your umbrellas/ rain coats.
> Wear Caps to avoid being scorched.
> Carry your medicine if you are on course


For participants with vehicles:

> Every vehicle must have their own tow rope and a pair of D-Shackles
> Every vehicle must have tow hook at the front and rear
> Every vehicle must have a spare wheel to replace in case of flat tyre on the trail.
> Carry necessary tools and spares, oils, consumables, cables, etc.
> Sufficient water for radiator.
> If having HiLift Jack, please ensure to bring along.
> Winched vehicles are available in each group
> Carry First Aid kit

What we, organizers expect :

> co-operation and co-ordination
> Listen and act upon the instructions only from Marshals and senior offroaders.
> Newbies, please do not interfere with Marshals on instructions and stay away from offroading path to avoid getting injured.
> Each participant is responsible for his/her own safety and well being and group safety.
> Do not switch between the groups assigned.

I think any more points won't be needed.
