Awesome pics. Is that an Indian Gypsy? Looks like a short-wheel-base Samurai/Santana.

fantastic pics of rugged vehicles esp. those mud-ridden land rover. maruti gypsy and lastly 6*6 landrover ....i assume it would have been one hell of an experience to

take such machines to trecherous jungle roads and topsy turvy himalayans...modified gypsy was the pick of the day(my all time favourite off-raoder)

Hall of fame, off roading legends…. Xtreme, that is one hell of a trip right there, nothing will compare. All the vehicles that you have included in your fleet have been a real legend in its own time (of course, not to include, Forester!). I’m sure all of us would agree to get that in one line-up is a great job done. If you get time and manage to pull up a dairy of your trip, it would be great, how one gets drawn in a trip like this would be a great read I guess.

hey rallystar...ur from goa ...u should check out my rides there...they come to goa once a month since im from there only and come there for property work...u probably may know all the legal problems out there...i stay adjacent to the leela's in south goa..
anyways about the gypsy.the coils spring made the ride quality very bad ,,,hard and bumpy and the body roll was tremendous....my dad fliped the car while taking the u turn at the end of the badra sealink at the speed of 20...hence he went to change them back to leaf but with the modificTIONS AS I HAVE MENTIONED before...all in all the gypsy is one hell of an off roader.......
