You can always buy the 5.88 ring/pinion and search for the axles/housing separately.

Don't know whether these are Maxx or not. But I have seen 4x4 Mahindra pickups in estate areas all the time. It even has FFRA.

These are from Coorg MGE.

This vehicle has a huge rear overhang which would constantly "bottom out" on the merest mole hill of an obstacle. It would be a heavy expenditure to switch out the diffs to 5.88 with LSD.

These pickups no longer come with FFRA. They switched to SFRA a couple years back and castrated the diff ratios to 3:73 in a fuel efficiency move.

They come with the MDI3200tc motor and the old 4 speed. They can be purchased as a pickup or with no pickup bed, ready to be modified.

The issue will however be: how many 4x4 Maxx pick-up's were sold, and how many more have ended up in the scrap yard.

Thus making the point of finding the Maxx 4x4 pick up axles a chore in itself.
I tried this route but even 4x4 Mahindra Pikups have centered rear axles. This is fine for the pick up the axle length is long enough to allow a slanted angle. But this won't work in a SWB vehicle like the MM540.

Run to Babu Garage (Diag opposite to Urvashi theater, Siddiah Rd). He is doing up a 5x0 (he says imported Wrangler, I dont think so) - with the FC axle housing units and Maxxis 31/32 inch tyres. All other things are bling in it, just see it once to understand visually how will the FC look on a Jeep.

PS - In a SWB it will make the tub look malnutrition'd...!!
