Re: MM550XD to Sarbloh 550

Where can I get hold of a set of 5 allow wheels for an MM 550 currently under restoration ? What size rims are these on your vehicle and what is the tyre size ?

Is it hard to steer when the vehicle is driven off from a stop position without power steering ?

Your "Sarbloh" has turned out really neat with clean lines. The sectional soft top has turned out good with a perfect rear slope, front bumper and bull bar are in sync. The lift is in proportion.

On your next 550 continue with the turn/ parking lamps on the front fenders with its guard, and headlamp too with guards, it gives a tough character to it and make it as a primary off roading vehicle with suitable tyres.

Looking forward to pics. of interior and engine bay.

Jaskirat,

A very clean, nice colour combo on the fan shroud, air cleaner, overall translating into a very nice and stock engine bay.

Neat, very innovvative touches in the cabin, esp the laminate on the dashboard, checkered plate all over and the most practical rear folding seat. Loads can go in at the rear when this folds.

Job well done Jskirat!

Re: MM550XD to Sarbloh 550

Dear Mr. Fazal,

Thanks for the very encouraging feedback. It means a lot, especially considering that I have put in a lot of time on this build (4 months )

But at the end, I think it was worth the effort and money spent.

Thanks jeepster.

I have arrived at the price based on the time, money and effort that I have put into this build, which is very difficult to assess by seeing pictures on a forum post.

i agree,

one cant evaluate the emotional/mental energy spent on any build.

it was just IMHO thought.

Nikhil
