Did those body beds come OE? I thought NGCS came with the larger and taller type bushes? The bolero ones...

The jeep has come out very nice. A matt finish on the color would make this jeep standout. The tyres...2 ply....will this have any adverse effect on the wheel bearings and performance of the engine ?
I guess you are almost ready to bring this jeep to the Bangalore OTR...See you soon.:thumbs up

I am really not sure about the performance -ve,+ve of the 7.5 X16 12 ply tyre. the thread pattern looks ok for me. I think the bearing life may be decreased by a 5-10% not sure, a wiled guess :) .
finally completed the wiring. Now waiting for the Softtop.

Giving connection to the Battery cut off switch.

Dash bord wiring.

Suniettan, The trusted electrician in our place.

Sreejesh,
I am not a classic owner, but those two signs indicate - 4 WD engaged and Diff Lock/4WD Lock in most of the 4x4's outside India, especially those which has a transfer case.
I am not an expert but my two bits
The build is really nice
Best Regards & Drive/Ride Safe
