Yep, was originally from Delhi, now resides in Haryana. He managed to get fitness done at RTO through some local jugaad.

Below Jeep does not belong to me and was parked at my mechanic Deva's place. Not sure why the right and left sides are marked with R and L stickers.

Sumeet - that is for marshals and navigators (outside the vehicle) guiding drivers what/where to do/go. The usual confusion of who's right is who's left, the R and L are used as standard legends.
