I guess the manufacturers were trying to market it for the coffee plantation owners.

My thoughts exactly. It looks like an oversized Lawnmover. I dont think its really capable with that small footprint and what seems like a really high center of gravity? Looks pretty off balance on the road itself.

Is that really IT?

Personally, I would not pay 5L for this.

hmm I did see it at Vahan Yatra in Bangalore - and told my wife (to make her feel that I was intelliiiiiii) that the Honda engine on it was not even rated to be used on automobiles (not including lawn mowers) - I think it was a V-twin from the looks - low rpm one - this thought was based on a similar engine I have from B&S a 16 HP V-twin which I have used on my hovercraft. I feel not more than 30 horses on this one??

I feel as mentioned in earlier posts- it's been targeted to a different market segment -

They would have to pay me 7.5L to take that thing to an OTR event. Just think how embarrassing it would be to turn up in a fancy lawn mower - milk float cross bred. Has DC had a design input on this, can't think of anyone else who would design such a thing.

Ok, I am finally back in town. I could only take a quick peek in the afternoon at the photo.

Well, I did tell people not to start fantasizing based on that US military vehicle.

I guess I can live with the rear view, but the front view is a typical golf cart. I can't see anybody giving up their Jeep for that front view.

Is the front tyre smaller than the rear tyre?

Dont think it is. Its just an illusion as the front is being weighed down by the three guys sitting in the front, lifting the rear of the vehicle.

I think that is a John Deere Gator if im not mistaken. They are planning to launch the vehicle in India and they have imported two of those for trials maybe this one is one of those . looks very similar.
