Imported Parts for Maruti Gypsy Off-roader

Gypsy has been very popular vehical around the world. It has being sold with different names in different countries, for e.g. Samurai, Safari and Jimmy. I always thought that It would be great to import accessories from abroad; however the shipping & custom duties have always stopped me. While searching for the right accessories for my gypsy I came across to someone who is importing a lot of things from abroad specificly for Gypsy. I knew the prices would be a bit on higher side. So requested them to just send me details of what all is available for the Machine. They have the following things available.

1. GYPSY FRONT BUMPER GUARD
2. GYPSY REAR BUMPER GUARD
3. GYPSY SIDE FOOT STEP WITH FENDER BAR
4. GYPSY AIR FILTER SNORKEL
5. GYPSY ROOF RACK
6. GYPSY OFF-ROADER ALLOY RIMS
7. GYPSY FENDER FLARE 4 PCS. SET
8. GYPSY WIND\RAIN WISOR
9. GYPSY SIDE (read view) GLASS
10. TOWING WINCH FOR FROUNT BUMPER
11. POWER STEERING
12. SHOCK ABSORVER & SUSPENSION KIT

Please suggest what do you find usefull for Gypsy. Pm me if you need the details about the seller. Would upload more pics of the sample vehical soon.

Hi Harneet
This is a very nicely done up gypsy and does this belong to a Delhiite???
I see a Delhi number on the front bumper and the bumper is the same that Vaibhav has on his vehicle, I believe from Azad.
If yes please share the details as I am yet to find a decent place where I can find accessories and equipment specific for the Gypsy!!!

Hey SirAlec,

Yes this one is from North Delhi, you are right it’s the old Azad bus body builders & there website is not working. They are now specializing in Gypsy metal bodies, four door SUV type. There were around 10 Brand new Gypsies being converted in hard top four door model. I wish I could take the pictures of the Garage & the work done, but there were too many people around. I am posting few more pictures I hope you all like them.

Thanks for your help & support.

I still don't understand why you are not putting up contact details?
Put up his tel, contact person's name, email and address. Then if he's unresponsive or rude, it's our problem to deal with him.
Unless you want every gypsy owning bhpian calling you to contact Azad.
