Rudy, there you go again with the senti stuff! If that's what comes out of drinking good scotch, I'm glad I'm a rum drinker!!

The old bomber strikes again and with a thread on "A mods life"? Gosh, I could write a book on living with the current support team!!!

Some may take this thread with a tinge of humour, but Rudras post gives a hint on the many interesting experiences and how much of a peoples-job this position actually is. The ability to interact effectively is an absolute must.

Nah maybe he's been living out these songs.

"Gonna get high man I'm gonna get loose,
need me a triple shot of that juice
Gonna get drunk don't you have no fear
I want one bourbon, one scotch and one beer"
http://www.lyricsdownload.com/george...er-lyrics.html

"But Captain Jack will get you high tonight
And take you to your special island
Captain Jack will get you by tonight
Just a little push 'n' you'll be smilin'"
http://www.seeklyrics.com/lyrics/Joe...tain-Jack.html

"Now just the other night with nothin’ to do
We broke a case of proof 102
And started itchin’ for that wonderful feel
Of rollin’ in an automobile
You could say we was out of our mind
And let me tell you we were flyin’ while blind"
http://www.asklyrics.com/display/Zz_...ics/189663.htm

let hope it does not get to this..

"Now, the other night I lay sleeping,
And I woke from a terrible dream.
So I called up my pal, Jack Daniels,
And his partner Jimmy Beam....
...Well, the other night I got invited to a party,
But I stayed home instead.
Just me and my pal Johnny Walker,
And his brothers Black and Red"
http://www.lyricsdownload.com/george...ne-lyrics.html

and here is a catalog of just about every drinking song i know.

Wow sir!!! That was stupendous... immensely readable. And all that beyond your regular work. I wonder, do you really have 25 hours or more packed in each day of yours?

Why is that only few special men have a way with words (and cameras)?

Try as I may, can never come close to Rudra's words. *deeep sigh* Very well said, Sire!

what i dont understand is, the words and sentences he uses are very simple, yet he is able to evoke emotions. i havent met any of the moderators except rudra and ajmat, yet i am able to visualise/imagine some interesting moments that would have taken place between them.

secondly, having recently registered in another forum and finding it difficult to navigate, i now realise how the mods here are doing an excellent job of maintaining a forum like ours with ever increasing members.

i bow to you all mods.

Hmm, Rudra Sir,
I never met you, never spoke to you either . What you write on this forum speak by itself, about your class and personality.. That's how I know who you are.
All these words, only reinforce anybody's respect and appreciation for you!
