A mod's life? What's there?

How does it feel to meet more than 4500 auto enthusiasts in 2 years?

Mostly online and some in three dimension!

How does it feel to sit at the helm as the oldest member for months?

And then welcome others to give up your seat?

How long does it take to know a member’s tone of voice?

No more than 10 posts, I suppose.

How does it feel to have a 2-night picnic with a team you hardly know?

And then you know them for life!

How does it feel to get a call and followed by SMS for a moderator position?

Old man thought and thought for a long time.

And then picked up the phone and called administrator to say AGREED.

It’s a journey. Journey through laughter, reality and optimism. It’s a trip, which shows you other side of what you have seen. It’s learning. It’s experience. It’s knowledge. It’s only up to you to grab as much as you can. It’s like knowing life and understanding the meaning of life, truly and properly.

It’s joy (as much as irritation) to get a call at 2 in the morning from GTO.

It was cave of despair to see some ramshackle bikes for Rtech in Shivajinagar.

It was worrying (and deep concern) to know about Rtech in the police station trying to explain his case to those khaki uniformed morons.

It’s an added job to call my branch offices to organise a desk calender for Dippy.

It’s nice and surprising to see Aditya coming home for dinner.

It’s a mammoth task banging every possible client’s door for ported head’s project sponsor money.

It’s fun to fix up a highly doubtful meeting with Ajmat on his golf weekends.

As said before here, meeting so many members and follow their idiosyncrasies, is a matter of great patience with fun and learning. Not to mention, their questions and demands. It’s always a feeling of great responsibility mixed with massive joy.

It’s a great feeling to be together.

TBHP is a great success, not because of automotives, but because of people.

Surely you agree...

What say guys?

Fuelled by good scotch whiskey, tapped away on a twin-processor Apple looking at a plasma-tv like monitor with Nina Simone bawling away on the stereo....every word from the old man's finger is expensive....

....and priceless.

Of course, saar. But I am also knowing the price of your camera. And your whiskey.

Just creating an atmosphere, saar. You are knowing me...
