This looks great.

One small thing I thought would be better to change from a user perspective. I am not sure if this was there before, but the symbols for the accordials seem to be reversed in the "Forum" section but fine in the "What's going on?" section. I mean in the screenshot shown below it was better to have the (+) symbol by the forum options so that it can be expanded.

Forgive me if this is deliberate. :)

Thanks - this was the case on the stock skin as well for some strange reason.

Silly question

This has nothing to do with the official Android/iOS App? I did not see any option to change the skin of the app.

Finally something to cheer for WP8 users.:thumbs up

Just changed the skin and tried it out. Looks great for reading but yet to try the posting flow to see how easy that has become.

Is this available in all platforms or just Android? I'm not seeing extra column in Windows Phone Landscape mode.

Not related to the app, infact this is an alternative option to the app.
Open team-bhp on your mobile browser and you will see the option to change skin at the bottom :)

Thank you! Now I can post pictures without any trouble. Absolutely loving it. May even considering uninstalling my app since this skin gives me seamless experience between desktop and handheld.

I keep seeing this in my Desktop and I am not able to change the Skin even though I have tried choosing a different one from the dropdown at the end of the page.

Anything I changed by mistake in the page is causing this issue? The fonts are really big and it looks funny to read it that way in Desktop browser. Clicking on 'Desktop' site also doesn't refresh it back to original size.

Thanks Rehaan for the new theme. Looks good. Although the font size for the title and posts are a bit big for my liking. Checkout the screenshot. It would be good if the font size for the post text is same as say, the url bar text at the bottom. Otherwise its looking awesome!



On Lumia 720 with default font settings.

It should work on all devices, provided the screen is wide enough in landscape mode to show all the info.

Could you visit this site on your mobile, hold it in landscape mode and let me know what the first number shown is?

Sorry about that. There was an intermittent problem which has affected a few users. I'm gonna try something and PM you...

If you clear your browser cookies this should fix it.

Lets give everyone a little time to get used to the new skin, and then see what popular opinion is here :)

Same problem for me since the last 2 hours or so - my desktop has now the SmartPhone skin and I can't change it !

Any help ?

EDIT : Mysteriously, this got fixed. Things are back to normal and I can choose the "BHP Silver" skin now on my desktop.

Rehaan clarified it as a bad cookie issue. I cleared cache on my browser and tried again, it worked. Also didn't face this issue in a different browser.

Viewport size is 480 x 230.
Phone model: HTC 8X

Is extra column added at higher values?

Like this skin a lot. A few observations:

1. Default font size is too large. There is pinch to zoom in but no zoom out.

2. The post title below the banner on top is too large.

3. Hope to see a white text on black background skin. Most useful for night time surfing. Gentler on your eyes and good for your marriage too as it disturbs the spouse a lot less.

4. Am preferring this over the app simply to see photographs turn up as they should. I'd given expecting it to work on the app.

More as I go along.
