In the past 18 years that TBHP has been around, there have been 28 new member introduction threads titled "Hello World". There a couple more on the lines of "Hello Team-BHP World"/similar.

Regarding how the term came about, I used to try and keep the thread clean, without repeats. Not just jokes, but anything that gets repeated becomes stale. And then someone coined the term.
However, this time it was more of curiosity about how many people used this very common and almost unimaginative phrase in their intro's. (common with budding software guys when they start their learning journey).

Means on this year Valentine's Day, it has attained Adulthood. (I do not mean that we can commit Adultery now). Well tamed for last 18 years, I think the forum has matured into finest community.
