I had similar query but this Car Care is limited to detailing. DIY products/kits for engine are not available

Sidhu promptly gave a call stating the installation of lights for under body inspection are done and the car can be bought anytime for under chassis corrosion protection. I would probably get this done this weekend.

The biggest problem is that neither the dealer of 3M and the JC road shops are full aware of the product line and neither they stock full range :Frustrati.

did he stock all detailing supplies of meguiars and 3M ???

Interior cleaning was done for my friends car at 3M. The quality of work done was superb.The basic interior cleaning package was selected and the rate was 895( for midsized car).

Hi all,

Visited the 3M Car Care showroom today. I was interested in 3M sunfilm and underbody coating. I got a quote of INR 2750 for 3M Underbody coating for a mid-size sedan.

3M CR70 for the front windscreen of a mid-size sedan costs approx INR 6800. RE50 for the side and rear glass of a mid-size sedan costs approx INR 4200.

What do you guys think about the prices? I felt the prices were marginally on the higher side. Will need to check the prices at other places.

The shop itself is pretty spacious and i don't think parking space is going to be an issue either, as there is plenty of space outside.

Directions: From Koramangala/Indiranagar/Domlur side, head to the Silkboard flyover, take the ORR towards Marathahalli/Sarjapur. Take the 2nd right and proceed for about 700m - 800m. You will find the shop on your left.

I agree that Sun Film price is bit on the higher side. But for under body coating I felt 2750 is much on the lesser side for a 5 year option (2 year being 1500 INR approx). On the other side dealer quoted 4500 INR for 3 year option on my ANHC.

Yes, compared to the Honda dealers, this place is cheaper. I read elsewhere that 3M underbody coating costs approx INR 2500 which is why i said the prices are marginally on the higher side.

I'll enquire at a couple of other places and let you know.

Price has to be cheaper than the dealers. Dealers keep their margin anyway.

One advantage of getting the job done from 3M is peace of mind. If you want 3M, go to their official outlet & expect top notch service. If you don't like it, whats stopping you / anyone else escalating the issue. Its a corporate world & they listen. Try doing that with a car dealer, they might put the blame on the product / will involve 3M which unnecessary adds to the delay.

Guys got under body coating on my ANHC today, I liked the over all work done.

Anil, lead applicant is worth appreciating, he takes utmost care of the car and ensures everything is properly inspected and addressed.
