aah..finally you caught the car show fever eh. Good now I don't feel alone.
good going on this show. I'm looking forward for the Shelby Cobra pix.

you said you like the ford ranchero? it was from the era when Sedan-pickups were the rage. there was the Chevy El Camino and Subaru Brat for company.

Yup liked the big look it has, kinda muscular aint it.. even el camino is my fav..esp after watching "My name is Earl"

if you are going to be around the west coast till mid november, then we could go to SEMA show together. Me and my buddy may be participating there.

That is a racing Ferrari Barchetta and it doesn't have a speedo...what you see is the RPM gauge as that was more important than speed monitoring.

There are two oil gauges, one for the engien oil and the other for the transmission oil.

Those spring like things on some of the wheel spokes are actually weights to balance the wheel.

Racing Ferraris of the the 50's would easily cross 160 KMPH at the very least and that is around 100 MPH

Those Mercs, I'm probably seeing them for the first time. And look at the quality of restoration, simply mindblowing.

The 460 was for the size of the engine. Back then it was measured in cubic inches rather than in cc's. Great set of pictures yet again, kraftwagen!
