Yes. The Sony HUs and amps are decent but the speakers are not.

You know guys this is not my car or Sams or even someone we know. Sam would love to locate the owner. The car has a huge JBL sticker on the bonnet and about 25 on each side.

For rear speakers you can go for JBL GTO 936.. they cost around 4.7k and sound real good...

i have a Sony HU, am satisfied with it, just love the clarity its giving out... had a Sony cassette player till recently with sony 50w rms speakers and no amp and i still loved the effect i used to get....

What about smaller round speakers. Which do you think are the best coaxials out there?? Something that produces decent bass.

McLaren swears by the Hertz Energy's ... but JBL's are also known for good bass reproduction (their +1s ).. what Kind of Bass are you looking at Rtech

Is this for the Skoda?

The Skoda can take 4.5-5" coax in the rear.

Few of them produce low bass. I would look at Boston or Focal and else maybe Kicker or Infinity.

Rtech, what is your budget. Just remember a 5" cannot be expected to produce much bass at least not at levels you can rock at.

Try the Infinity 5012. Infinity are JBL's more refined cousins. If you got JBLs in the front the 536 from JBL could also suffice.

RT actually i suggest the CS205 5.25' coaxials. They are nice, a little less than the GTO526 but in the rear, it's not so critical,.
