Speedzak... while I agree that customers need to be treated well, this is a tough business that pays very little in our country. There are very few people like Zuhemi are putting their blood and sweat into their work in a market that doesnt appreciate installer skill and customers who dont pay installation charges.

Also some people who are confident about the quality of their work, and are driven by great passion for what they do, can have bad social skills sometimes.

Both Anish and Zuhemi are okay.. they have an elder brother who may well be Anil's (of blr) twin .. this dude did not even know Alpine's 9855 EXISTED... on top of it all the way he said it made me feel like a WORM!!

Anish has better manners.... Zuhimi was very clear with me - said he works better when left ALONE... does not like customers hanging around asking "stupid" questions wanting to know "What" & "Why" every step of the way....

Well.. He is good ... and he knows it!... Anyhow this does not effect their work.

We NEVER expect our Doctor to have decent attitude - most of them are plain OBNOXIOUS!... Gunbir is right - these guys are like the Doctors of this business... and their business is assured!

I for one don't care much about their attitude. However, I should say that Anish was very courteous with us.

PS: BTW, i have told the folks there about this forum

Thanks.

@psynaps3 : It seems to be like that you've got good service since you've spent about 25K at a one-go. But about the people going for smaller setups @Emperor ?

No way I can comment on that. Maybe more people can put in their comments on the kind of service offered by them.

I will be going there again for a V-Kool setup for my front windshield. I think that they also deal with this. Not sure.

Binoy, so decided to go for the VKool. May be you can tell me what they are coz

I did my audio setup at a shop right opposite to kuttukaran at mamangalam. Nothing much to talk about. A pioneer MP3 player headunit, pioneer 3in1s at the rear, 4" in the front doors and 1" tweeters. (small setup). That shop doesnt do anything else but audio setups, coz the owner said he does what he does best and thats all he does..

he did a good job too...the system works much better than many sony xplods who had spent much more than me. and he was polite too...

VKool is one of the leading brands for sun control films. There are many threads on this subject in this forum.
I am not sure if I will be getting this done this weekend, everything depends on whether i can get my hands on the moolah
