SQ Bass Setup - told Nolan style

Greetings!

I'm interested in upgrading my music system, Sub and Amp, this Diwali. I figured I'd start doing some research right away. After Googling some I read that Sundown makes some of the best subs for SPL.

- I would like to know from the ICE Gurus if they know of Sundown Audio and how good are their Subwoofers?, the SA-12 D4 to be specific.
-Additionally, Which Mono Amplifier would be suggested to power(600RMS@2Ohms) this Subwoofer?
