Please Read This And Help Me Out

As I was casually speaking to my friend about the sound system that i wanted to install,he told not to waste 20-25k for the setup instead he knows a Guy who's work from the past 18 years is to make Sound systems for Home and Car.I was dumbstruck when i heard the price for a 4000watts system.
4 speakers+Amp+Remote controlled Sub Woofer=Rs.4500!!!
He also told that the glass would surely break if u put up this system,as he has seen in practical a glass breaking when kept near the woofer!
So guys I was wonderstruck when i heard this, the speakers which he gives are supposed to be imported ones(dunno if its true!)and no idea about the woofer and amp.
Plus he does all this at the doorstep of u r home!!!
So one question from u gurus out there... Is it really worth???

Hi,

I dont believe this guy anyways!!!.. If he is providing you with a glass shatterring system within 4500k..... believe me he is GOD!!!.

I am not that experienced in term of ICE, but ya surely would never believe such a deal yaar.

I am spending, around 80,000 Rs (EIGHTY THOUSHAND RUPEES) and getting a total of 900Watts RMS (app). So it dosent sound true, that you get 4000watt SPL at 4500 Rs.

Rest if, i am wrong, experienced people like Navin, SAM, gunbir, jkdas are here to help you out

Hi!

I am also wonderstruck at the crap people say.

Don't do it. Stay away. Thats the only advice anyone here will give you. Buss. It's a con job.

Now if you come back here my friend, in a few hours you will find out all the Team-BHPians with a sense of humour are going to take off on this thread. Like full take off. I apologise for this humour in advance. We mean no harm.

That said,

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

I thought only higher frequencies can break glass.

In which case, a woofer won't break glass.

Nice one LMB.... could not stop laughing reading it

Then let ue observe one thing..

4000Watts = 4500Rs

This means we need to pay around 1.2 Rs for 1 watt.. lol.
I think i would be satisfited with a budget of 1500K yaar,

Again, keep away from this 18 year old experienced person, and spend wisely

I wish I was 18! and unlike Sam since I am not a poet I quote Alice Cooper.
"I got a baby's brain and an old man's heart
Took eighteen years to get this far
Don't always know what I'm talking about
Feels like I'm livin in the middle of doubt
Cause I'm
Eighteen I get confused every day
Eighteen I just don't know what to say..."
