actually i was not aware of its price thats why i had put three question marks after its price just for u guys to confirm it.Anyway i was quite near.

Well in a 70k setup I would ideally like the amp(s) to be worth 50% i.e. 30K. Add sub at 10k. Add speakers at 13k. Cabling etc 7k. HU for 10k.

yup........out of 70k,amps should get atound 25-30k.u can do all sorts of modification/upgradation later.

Why i'm going for two separate amps is that he wants atleast 15" subw which not many 5th/bridged5th & 6th of amplifier will be able to feed properly.

gubhir bhai for next upgrade i have a budget of 14 k in which i have to acomodate components for the front and as u said i should try listing to my current sub+with the new amp. ,sure i will ....at this point i can't wait for my cousin to arrive

You can go for ES380 not the ES380D because there is no ES380D . Only ES250 & 300 comes in DVC version.
