Amp & 4 speaker upgrade for Rs. 15000?

Don't mean to hijack the thread but have 3 questions, if the experts can answer please!

1. What size speakers can I put on the ohc front doors (without doing much of jugaad)

2. What size speakers can I put on the I gen I 20 rear doors. ( The sound in the rear from the OE system is very weak. Trying to improve it!)

3. I am not a ice fanatic and just want some decent sound! Please also recommend a good single din system for the OHC. I already have a 2 channel sony amp (LOL)
