Actually Zak, one would need a 6ch amp for a one amp 5.1 solution...

Exactly! Yes, I am aware of it.
But as the innova has plenty of space for amps, I thought a 5channel + monoblock setup would be better.
I've seen a very good 6channel amp lineup which is really good and practical: Audison LRX amps. If only it could be less demanding on the pocket! :(

Hi Guys,

Just finished the install yesterday. Below is the final configuration in the car.

1> HU - Sony MEX R1
2> Front Speakers - Kicker ES 6.2 (6.5" Components)
3> Rear Speakers - Kicker ES 6.2 (6.5" Components)
4> Screen - Necvox 9.2" Roof Mount
5> Woofer - Kicker 12" - ES 124 fitted in a box
6> Amp for speakers - Kenwood 8401 (60 x 4 WRMS)
7> Amp for Woofer - Sound Stream 240.2 - (60 x 2 WRMS)
8> Wiring - Kicker Amplifier wiring kit.

No pics as yet will try to click some in a day or two. The sound sounds superb and end result is a very happy friend. The whole setup cost him Rs.55k/-

That 9.2" LCD should be covering the whole rear view mirror I think.
And where did you put the components?
Where did you keep the Subwoofer?

Yeah Geez. Sorry. I told you I was senile! I cant remember what I saw a few weeks back but can remember 1976 like it was yesterday. The "Dr. Ice" (RSJ) will confirm this is normal memory loss.

this is normal for ur age....

BTW,whats ur age?

ANyway ur right and this is called senile forgetfullness in which recent memory suffers not remote which is before 7 days.Though my answer is based on memory recall and dint check any book for answering.
