Hey Meelib,

A 10k budget for a cassete deck is more than enough (since a cassette head unit will be much less expensive).
However, you might want to put that money towards a motorized antena since you are such a radio fan.
Assuming you have an indigo, does it have a rooftop antena over the driver window or does it have a boot mounted antena?

hello friends i am a new member.

my saying is that go for pioneer as its best compared to others as i have new indica DLS with a good deck worth Rs. 55,000 upto now and going for more Rs. 50,000 parts as more sub woofers, speakers, new head unit, more amp. bigger one, neon lights etc, etc.

go to the last shop on milan subway..while heading towards the subway, on your left, its called shreenath , next to anand tyres, he's a very nice & decent chap, will always see that you dont have to strech over your budget & prices always 100-200 bucks cheaper than the rest

any idea anyone how much roughly would a pair of tweeters ( to be fitted on the dashboard) cost ?

Hey pal my Blaupunkt tweeters costed me 2200/-. I suppose Pioneer will in the same range. Consult GTO. He seems to the guy in car audio system.

guys i have head unit for cassate player but its not working good also out dated now,
i want to rock my area with my deck,so needed to update my car system.
is box good for woofer, which and where can get all this stuffs at low rates and good (original pioneer)

I have Pioneer TS-20's in my Vtec, its such a popular choice that they had to extend the life of this series. Originals cost about 2100.

I have resurrected this one from the archives of a department that we seemed to have taken over. Notice advice given by our TBHP moderators (good advice too) who today, barely utter a word here. Save our very own Rtech.

We post so much here that I think that they are all waiting their turns still heh heh
