Sorry, I cannot arrange any Demos of JBL, I don't have any cars handy I can make you hear.

But in my experience, it should be ridiculously easy to find a car with some JBL speakers in it.

oops missed that...sorry....

IDQ will work very well with trance .Does SPL and SQ with an equal war footing.....it works great both with Mary J Blige as well as Dianna Krall... not many subs which can do that...

All I am saying is that "the more you listen, the more you learn". Listen to all the audio youcan lay your hands on even if it is not in your budget. A few days back I heard 3 caraudio systems all the way from a pair of coax to a 3 way component system and I was NOT even in the market for an audio system.

Also listen to all the LIVE music you get the opportunity to. Be it the Stones at Brabone or Zakir Hussain at Prithvi or even a pair of acoustic guitars in your home.

I may be able to direct him to a JBL dealer in his vicinity. Or to a JBL sales manager or distributor. They can take it from there, I suppose.
But in all fairness, I am sure he has heard JBL before.

Besides he is discussing Infinity Kappa Perfect and IDQ subs, a different genre altogether from a JBL sub *shrug*
