My installer tells me there is a 1st order XO in line with the tweter the woofer runs flat out. I never saw it. I took delivery of my car after they have removed the audio. I insisited on it. When Autobahn asked me what I wanted to do with the Audio I said gimme the HU (it was a 9830 now with my nephew) and eat the speakers.

what HU did your car have when you got it? If it is the 9830 (like my car) you can keep that and spend the money on better speakers and maybe an amp. For 15K you can get nicer components up frornt and a 4ch. amp like the Pio 6100.
